Check the course in the Course Catalog

The course is not in the course catalog.

Contact Web Services

Does the course group exist?

Search for the course name in your email client.

[four character/letter dept code]"-"[4 digit course number][section letter]"-"[season/term]"-"[four digit year]@middleburycollege.onmicrosoft.com

The course name isn't an option in mail.

Contact CSNS --- make this a link? TDX?

Does the course show up in Course Hub?

Search Course Hub for the course.

The course is not in Course Hub

Go to question 1 "Is it in Banner?". If you've already done this . . . submit a ticket here

Does the person have access to Course Hub?

The person does not have Course Hub access.
